Coral Gables-based Flightway Fourteen LLC. has purchased a 20.5-acre site in Hialeah for $12.74 million. Located at 13915 N.W. 107th Ave., the site is currently utilized as a truck yard and houses a 6,071 square-foot warehouse. The property in northwest Miami-Dade County traded for a little over $621,463 per acre. The seller, FVP Hialeah 21 LLC, a Miami Lakes-based company managed bought the property out of foreclosure on an $8.5 million liability.
