Forge Development Group. has acquired a $3.5 million, 104 acre tract of raw land in Cape Coral for the development of Embers Lake Estates, a mix of single- and multi-family buildings that will feature over 40 acres of lakes. Located just north of Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, the property changed hands for just under $33,655 per acre. Fischler Property Company represented the seller, RA Lakes LLC while the buyer was represented by Henry Albrecht of Gulf Gateway Realty.
