Forma Ideale, a Serbian based company from Kragujevac has acquired Metal Sistemi, a bankrupt producer of roller chains and processing equipment based in the same town. Forma Ideale was the only bidder in the first round and won with a purchase price of €4.7m. Forma Ideale was established in 1995 as a family business trade workshop, manufacturing tables made of wood, glass and panel materials and supplying other furniture retailers. Since 2001 it has sold its goods on a retail basis and operates its own showrooms. Created originally through a privatization process, Metal Sistemi was taken over by state in 2011.
