Formart GmbH & Co. KG laid the cornerstone for its residential project Graffring 50 in Bochum-Weitmar. The investment will include 42 units and 52 below-grade parking spaces. Prices of these two- to four-room condominiums will start at €2,800 per sqm. Formart said it has already sold 75 percent of the units, largely to mature buyers. Completion is set for the second quarter of 2016. Compared with other German cities like Essen, Dortmund or Wuppertal, prices for residential properties are still moderate in Bochum.
