General Diversified Services has purchased the former headquarters of Kash n’ Karry Food Stores in Tampa for $18.25 million. Located near the intersection of Interstates 75 and I-4 at 6422 Harney Road, the property offers more than 430,000 square feet of warehouse space and 183,000 square feet of storage space as well as additional ancillary office and mezzanine areas. The sale was financed with an $11.1 million loan from Continental Casualty Co. of Chicago. CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of Regions Bank, which purchased the property in 2013 for a little less than $18 million.
