The US based producer Formlabs will invest HUF 2 billion in a new research and development center located in Budapest. The 3D printer producer is expected to create a total of 100 new jobs. The Hungarian government will provide a HUF 171m grant to support the investment, which will take three years to complete, said Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Szijjártó said the government’s modified incentive system favors technology-intensive investments.
