The real estate consortium Forte Partners has begun construction on The Bridge, an office project in the Basarab area. The first phase of the new project represents an investment of €60m. The business park will be built in two phases on Orhideelor Road, on the site of a former bread factory called Spicul. The first phase consists of a building with two basement levels and 10 floors above ground level, with a gross leasable area of 36,189 sqm.
Geo Margescu, Founder & CEO, Forte Partners announced that his company had recently secured the building permit for the project.
The Bridge will be certified with LEED GOLD. Epstein, the company signing the architecture project is also in charge with the LEED certification
