Forte Partners is planning to build a mixed-use project in Bucharest’s Expozitiei area. The project will be developed on a 9,300 sqm plot and will include offices, services, retail, housing. The area is a hotspot for developers. Tiriac Holdings is building an office tower, while NIRO Group is investing €60m to build a hotel around Romexpo, the city’s biggest exhibition center.
