Forton: Skopje’s property market stable in Q4 2015

Rents for office space in Skopje rose 3.7 percent growth in the last quarter of 2015, while the rents at the main pedestrian areas decreased by 17.3 percent.
Forton / Cushman & Wakefield reports that the real estate market in Skopje was relatively stable in Q4 2015 and the yields along the pedestrian areas and main office areas has remained at 9.25 percent, while industrial products carry a yield of 13 percent. The agency says Eastern Europe continues to be seen as a high-risk market.
