Forty Management has started construction on its new residential project in Bucharest. Central District 4 Elements is going up on a 4,596 sqm plot near Titan Park. The project will include 1,397 sqm of commercial spaces and two 11-story housing blocks, totaling 192 apartments and 231 parking spaces. The project will also have a running track on the roof of one of the buildings as well as an outdoor cinema. Forty Management is controlled by Lucian Azoitei.
