The developer Forty Management sold all the apartments in the Central District 4 Elements project in Bucharest, where construction work began in 2019. At the same time, the company took a loan of almost EUR 10 million from Banca Transilvania, which the company announced that it fully refunded it.
Central District 4 Elements includes two apartment buildings with a total of 200 units and 1,700 sqm of commercial space and is certified “Green Building”. Of the 204 apartments in the project, 192 apartments were sold, and the rest are for rent.
