Forty Management SA announced the start of the authorization procedures for the tallest residential tower in Romania. Central District Royal Suites will have an estimated market value of EUR 76 million upon completion.
Designed in the form of a 122 meter high tower, Central District Royal Suites will be the tallest housing complex in Romania. The project will be located on a plot of 3,000 sqm and will offer 34 luxury apartments in three configurations: one-story apartment, half-storey duplex and two-story penthouses.
The land on which the block is to be built is located in Bucharest, with the view to Herastrau Park.
