Forty Management & Investments, led by entrepreneur Lucian Azoitei, is planning to develop a boutique-style mixed use project in Bucharest. The developer bought the 2,200 sqm plot on Viitorului street earlier this year. Central District Viitorului 134 will include 33 apartments in two buildings as well as office space. Forty Management has already sold 35 percent of the planned apartments and will lease the office space, said Azoitei. Construction is scheduled to break ground by the end of the year.
