An affiliate of Miami-based Crimson Peak has purchased three office buildings in the Forum complex in West Palm Beach for $20.5 million. Topping out at 10 stories, the 278,367 sq ft office building is located at 1655 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. The three buildings traded for just under $74 per square foot. The sellers were a partnership between Miami-based Panther Capital Management and Washington, D.C.-based PRP. H.F.F represented the sellers during the transaction.
