Four new residential projects, offering about 1,100 apartments, are scheduled to hit the Bucharest market this year. Three of the projects are underway in the city’s Tineretului, Batistei, Pipera neighborhoods, while the fourth is going up on Ficusului Boulevard, writes Fair Property-tIMOn. The projects include Adora Pipera in the northern Bucharest, Park Tineretului, Ficusului Residence and Batistei Apartments. Vlad Vlasceanu, director of tIMOn (National Real Estate Fair), estimates that real estate developers have invested up to 50 percent more in marketing and promotional campaigns this year than in 2013.
