Miami-based Fort Partners announced plans Tuesday to build a new Four Seasons Hotel and Residence in Fort Lauderdale. The building will sit on a 1.8 acre site and take an entire block of oceanfront property spanning from 521 to 529 North Fort Lauderdale beach Boulevard. The condo units will range in size from 800 square feet to 6,000 square feet and have one to three bedrooms. The 23-story high rise will sit on a 3-story podium according to the design by Kobi Karp. It’s the third time Fort Partners has collaborated with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, having worked together previously in Palm Beach and in Surfside.
