A subsidiary of Fowler Property Acquisitions acquired Collegiate Hall Apartments near the University of South Florida’s main campus for $16 million. Located at 2919 Network Place near the intersection of Bearss Avenue and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard in Tampa, the complex offers 180 units. The seller, Klingbeil Capital Management, bought the property for $16.6 million in 2005. The project was completed in 2000.
