Franke Polska and the Franke European Shared Services Centre has leased 1,850 sqm at Adgar Park West in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The provider of smart systems for domestic kitchens was represented by Cresa Poland. Adgar Park West offers 43,000 sqm of space in three buildings. “The rapid growth of Franke’s Shared Services Centre was an excellent moment for us to look at the opportunities of lease renegotiations in Adgar Park West. Thanks to its strategic restructuring, the company acquired more comfortable conditions and an opportunity to expand, which is what we were after,” said Agnieszka Żygieło of Cresa Poland.
