František Šudřich (32) has become the new executive director of the Brno development company Impera Styl. He thus ended his more than ten-year tenure at Trikaya, where he held the position of sales director and was responsible for the preparation and sale of all residential projects – Neumanka Apartment Buildings, Ponavia Residences and others. He was also responsible for the reconstruction of shopping centers – OC Futurum Brno and OC Řepy in Prague. Šudřich will continue to work in the Association of Brno Architects and Builders and, under the auspices of Impera Styl, will publish regular analyzes of the Brno new construction market.
Impera Styl is a Brno development company with a 25-year tradition. Its largest projects include, for example, the Kamechy, PREMIUM Sadová projects with 250 flats and more than 70 family houses, the Milada residence, the Triangl apartment building and, more recently, the Central Park Residence project in close proximity to Lužánky Park. “In the position of executive director, I will be in charge of managing the company’s operations and managing individual development projects in terms of acquisition, implementation and business. My goal is to make the most of the potential of the prepared projects, to optimize the processes so that my colleagues can work better on the preparation of the new Brno construction. And last but not least, to improve awareness of the Impera Styl brand, which implements high-quality residential buildings, ”says Šudřich.
In the company Trikaya Šudřich, he has been regularly processing analyzes of the Brno market of flats in new buildings since 2014 – he will now publish them under the Impera Styl heading.
He still remains an executive member of the board of directors of the Association of Brno Architects and Builders (ABRAST), where he focuses on improving cooperation between builders and the city of Brno and setting fair conditions in the field of residential construction. He actively participates in meetings of working groups of the Brno City Hall, especially in the area of housing development in Brno.
František Šudřich studied sociology and media communication at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University. In recent years, he has been fascinated by playing the piano and harvesting apricots to make his own brandy.
