Frasers Property Europe has acquired a logistics portfolio from Alpha Industrial Properties. The portfolio includes 16 logistics and light industrial facilities in Germany and Austria. The deal also includes six logistic projects which were acquired as development and forward purchases, totaling approximately 162,500 sqm. Frasers Property Europe is focused on modern logistics assets and mission-critical light industrial facilities with long-term leases in Germany and the Netherlands.
