Fratelli will open a restaurant, pub and cafe on the ground floor of Timpuri Noi Square in Bucharest. More than 4,000 people work out of the project’s first two office buildings, located near Piata Unirii. Timpuri Noi Square, developed by Vastint, offers 3,000 sqm of space. Vastint said the ground floor of the building would include cafes, restaurants and retail.
