Freedman-managed company buys offices in Palm Beam Gardens

Palm Beach Gardens Office Park, managed by Richard A. Freedman, has acquired two office buildings in Palm Beach Gardens for $10.55 million. Offering a total of 68,124 sq ft of office space, they are located at 4360 Northlake Blvd. Built on a 4.6-acre site between Interstate 95 and North Military Trail, the buildings sold for $155 per square foot. The vendors, (Summit Northlake Palm Beach and Gabriel Harkham), bought the properties in 2011 for $10.1 million. The deal was completed with a $7.75 million mortgage provided from Arbor JPM Funding.
