French Revolution signed a lease on a ground-floor unit at The Bridge 3 in Bucharest’s Orhideea-Grozavesti area. The office building was developed by Forte Partners. French Revolution is a Romanian company specialized exclusively in the production of eclairs. Forte Partners sold the 80,000 sqm office project to the Dedeman Group in August 2018. The deal was the biggest real estate transaction of the year.
