Earlier this year, Unique Real Estate Development, controlled by French entrepreneur Gerard Losson, bought the former Coca-Cola Militari warehouses in Bucharest, a 9,437 sqm plot of land, from the Mars Commercial Center, where it plans to build a student campus with more 1,000 rooms.
The new project, called Unique Student Residence, requires an investment of EUR 32 million and involves the construction of a complex consisting of 4 sections, which is developed around an inner courtyard plus 300 underground and 50 above-ground parking spaces.
