The German fund Freo acquired the Edificio Orion office building in Madrid for €15m. The seller was the German fund manager Triuva, formerly known as IVG Institutional Funds. Located on Avenida de Manoteras, the property offers 7,300 sqm and is fully leased to 12 companies including anchor tenants like Whisbi Technologies, TPI Edita and Tento.
