The location near Strykow is also an excellent business environment for both commercial and manufacturing companies. Within a radius of just 2-3 km, virtually all of Poland’s major courier companies have their facilities.

“Expansion of a company already present, in such a popular complex as Diamond Business Park Strykow, is always a big challenge for the whole team. Thanks to our close relationships with our tenants, we can successfully shape our strategy regarding the creation of space in which our partners can conduct their business,” says Urszula Rasmussen, Head of Industrial Leasing at White Star Real Estate. “The unquestionable advantage of the investment is its excellent location in central Poland, a dozen kilometers from Lodz and in the vicinity of the A2 highway junction,” Rasmussen adds. “Fresenius Kabi Polska is our long-term partner and currently the largest tenant in Diamond Business Park Strykow. Such case studies, are always a source of pride for us and proof that our strategy, favors our tenants, who gain space to develop their businesses,” adds Rasmussen.

Lodz’s close proximity, in turn, provides access to the local labor market. In the renegotiation and expansion process, we focused on working out the most favorable business conditions and acquiring more space for the further development of Fresenius Kabi’s business in central Poland. The decisions made will certainly translate, among other things, into maintaining and improving the quality of services offered and strengthening the company’s position in the region,” says Wiktor Lesiak, Consultant in the Warehouse Space Leasing Department, JLL.
