The Polish unit of Fresenius Kabi signed a lease on more than 1,400 sqm at the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw. The company will move into the building in December 2015. JLL represented the tenant, while the building’s owner, Capital Park, was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
Eurocentrum comprises of three buildings offering approximately 64,000 sqm of modern office space on 15 floors. The complex is located near Aleje Jerozolimskie, one of the city’s main road arteries. Eurocentrum is easily accessible by car and public transport.
