Fribourg Development, owned by Ion Sturza, is looking for a partner for its Liberty Technology Park office project in Cluj. The company, part of Fribourg Capital, wants an investor for the third and fourth phases of the project. Fribourg representatives say that the next two phases of the project involve a more complex level of development, which will require financing as well as expertise. The 4.5 ha project, situated on land that used to house a Libertatea furniture factory, includes five buildings, totaling 17,000 sqm of class A office space. The first two phases required an initial investment of €20m.
