Frigo Logistics, which specializes in the distribution of frozen goods has leased 1,200 sqm of deep-frozen warehousing space and 150 sqm of office space at the P3 Błonie logistics park. Longway Poland, the owner of the popular bicycle brand Karbon, meanwhile, has signed a lease on more than 1,400 sqm of warehouse space and 300 sqm of office and staff rest and refreshment space at Pruszkowskie Centrum Dystrybucyjne. The industrial and logistics department at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland supported both transactions.
