Frisbie Group buys $30m Palm Beach office building

The Frisbie Group has picked up a landmark office building on Palm Beach’s Worth Avenue for $30.7 million. The firm plans to do an extensive renovation of the 50,000 square foot property by upgrading the interior, technological upgrades and new landscaping to the Class A office building at 125 Worth Avenue. The property is currently 83 percent leased to national tenants Neiman Marcus Group, BB&T Bank, Ferretti Group and UBS. HFF’s Hermen Rodriguez, Ike Ojala, Tracey Goo and Christina Kong represented the seller, Crocker Partners, which bought the asset in 2004 for $13.65 million.
