Apleona an international company specializing in real estate administration and facility management support services for real estate portfolios located throughout the EMEA region has changed its address, but remains a Globalworth tenant. The company moved from Spektrum Tower to the 17th floor of the Skylight building, where it occupied an office with an area of nearly 800 sqm.
Apleona is a longtime tenant of Globalworth’s Spektrum Tower office building. Recently, during our talks with the tenant, there has been a need for relocation related to the new needs of the company. As Globalworth, we have a very wide range of office spaces in the best locations in Warsaw and we always try to be very flexible to the needs reported by our tenants and look for non-standard solutions. The space we proposed on the 17th floor of the Skylight office building met the expectations and needs of Apleon. The Skylight and Lumen buildings are one of the most famous and prestigious office buildings in Warsaw, offering comfortable space that meets the needs of the most demanding companies.
