Putnam Realty and 441 Developers have submitted plans to the Development Review Committee for the construction of an apartment building in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. The new $75 million project, the Morgan on 3rd Avenue, will feature 357 apartments, 4,292 square feet of ground floor retail and 506 parking spaces. Units will range from 575 square feet for studio units up to 3-bedroom apartments of 1,446 square feet. The plan for the 7 story scheme on N.E. 3rd Ave was designed by MSA Architects and Botek Thurlow Engineering.
