Fürth-based P&P plans to re-open the former “Arvena Business Hotel” located at Wetterkreuz 7 in Erlangen. The property is being assigned a new brand name — LikeApart. Completed in 1979, the hotel offers a rental area of 5,250 sqm including 126 guest rooms and 14 meeting and banquet rooms. P&P, which is based in Fürth, wants to build a position in the temporary housing market under its LikeApart brand name, and already opened its first serviced apartments location in the summer of this year with LikeApart Fürth.
