Fujitsu Technology Solutions has joined the list of tenants at Oxygen Park, taking 1,300 sqm and increasing the project’s occupancy rate to 80 percent. The agreement was signed for five years, with Savills representing the tenant. Considered one of the biggest IT infrastructure service providers on the market, Fujitsu is present in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
Led by the French developer Yareal, Oxygen Park consists of two six-story office buildings, offering 18,400 sqm of space. Colliers is overseeing the leasing.
