Construction company Fundamental has moved its offices into the newly built Villa Metro office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Fundamental signed a lease on 900 sqm in the building. The scheme is located on Puławska street, near the Wilanowska metro station, and features 11,000 sqm of space, including more than 7,000 sqm of office. Fundamental Group was the general contractor of the property.
