The total amount of funds raised by the participants of employee capital plans (PPK) amounted to PLN 7.9 billion as at January 31, 2022, according to the Bulletin of Employee Capital Plans (PPK). The number of active PPK participants amounted to 2.52 million.
The data from the PPK Register is valid as of January 31, 2021. Net asset value of the funds of the defined date: PLN 7.9 billion Number of active PPK accounts: 2.52 million, according to the PPK Bulletin.
So far, PPK participants have earned a total of PLN 252.84 million.
It was also reported that 287.61 thousand entities offer their employees participation in employee capital plans. The total participation in the PPK is 31.2%.
Employee Capital Plans are a long-term saving program for employees. Savings accumulated in the PPK are to come from contributions from employees, employers and state subsidies.
