Futurama signs three new tenants

BRE bank, BASF and Doosan Lentjes will move their headquarters into the second phase of Futurama Business Park which Immorent is developing in Prague’s Karlín district. The recent additions join companies like ČEZ, VZP and Deutsche Börse, which moved in after completion of the project’s first phase. “Currently, we are 30 percent full in the second phase and these three new clients have occupied majority of building D,” said Patrik Loydl, project development manager at Erste Group Immorent ČR.
