Future Mind, a company specializing in products designed for mobile platforms, has leased 440 sqm at IO-1 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Cushman & Wakefield represented the company during the transaction process. IO-1 is a Class A office building located at the intersection of Puławska street and Niepodległości avenue. The project offers 22,000 sqm of office space on 14 floors. The owner of the office building is Immofinanz.
