Futureal Group broke ground on the second phase of its Advance Tower office building along the Váci office corridor in Budapest. The second phase will add an additional 8,000 sqm of GLA to the office complex. Tenants will be able to move into the first phase of Advance Tower, totaling 12,100 sqm of office space, in June. Advance Tower’s second phase is expected to be handed over in the second half of 2019.
