Futureal Group laid the foundation stone for its Advance Tower in Budapest. The six-story, A grade office building will offer 11,537 sqm of space. The project has been designed by Mérték Architectural Studio and is to be BREEAM certified. Completion is set for the first quarter of 2018, with costs estimated at €36m.
