The Hungarian development company Futureal is looking for new partners on the Polish market.
“We are looking for companies that need capital for their investments,” said Gabo Futo of Futureal. “We usually add our experience and strong structures to the partnership, but sometimes we’re needed to provide financing.” Futureal has invested €600m in Poland, Hungary and Russia over the past few years, focusing on at-risk projects. Futureal is currently partnering Hines on residential projects worth €10m in Russia and developing new headquarters for KPMG in Budapest.
