Futureal Group opened Nokia Skypark in Budapest. The office building offers 25,000 sqm of leasable space and is entirely occupied by Nokia. The property includes a two-story lobby, restaurants, cafes, a kindergarten as well as a two-level underground car park and a separate parking area with more than 460 cars. The project has BREEAM Very Good certification. The cost of the investment was €70m. Futureal Group sold Skypark to the OTP Prime Property Investment Fund in April.
