Futureal’s logistics brand – Hello!Parks – has launched the construction of its first building on the 46 hectare site in Maglod near the M4 and M5 motorways and Budapest Airport. The developer plans on creating a logistics center the size of 193.000 square meters, with the first building taking up 46.000 square meters. The investment is said to be worth EUR 40m, and is to be completed by the end of 2021.
