Futureal sells Vision Towers (North) to Erste fund

Futureal has sold Vision Towers (North) in Budapest to ERSTE Open-end Real Estate Investment Fund. Delivered over the summer to the end use KPMG, the 11,125 sqm building is located on VĂĄci Ășt at the corner with DĂłzsa György where it benefits from direct access to the city’s subway network. KPMG worked with Futureal to choose and develop the site. Futureal’s co-founder GĂĄbor FutĂł said that being chosen by KPMG had been a great honor and that his company enjoyed the trust of international investors. “We are especially glad that this sale is the first sale transaction in Futureal’s Partnership Program, moreover, the sound return generated by the office building will be earned by the predominantly Hungarian investors of ERSTE Real Estate Fund for many years to come.” The building has a BREAAM “Very good” rating.
