The Hungarian developer Futureal entered into a joint venture agreement with the Polish company Gant Development. Under the agreement, Futureal will invest €42m in Gant projects across Poland. Futureal will also acquire a 5-percent stake in Gant in the future. The first project Futureal will co-finance will be Amber Park in Kraków, which will be led by SPV Gant PMK. Gant recently issued shares and bonds to help finance its upcoming projects.
