The Hungarian real estate developer company, Futureal has invested 10m in Russian real estate developments as part of its strategy of identifying partners for cooperation. In the case of the Russian project, Futureal will be working together with Hines. Futureal’s director Gábor Futó is seeking partnerships around CEE with developers looking for financial partners, or for partners in need development expertise to complete schemes. It’s completed a pair of projects so far of this type: Nova Park, and the new KPMG building in Budapest.
