Belgian investor Futurn NV has been named OKRE Development’s newest shareholder. The developer recently delivered Green Wings Offices in Warsaw. The new shareholder is a logistics development specialist, and OKRE will now be looking to establish itself on the Polish warehouse market in the coming years.
In its effort to increase its exposure on the Polish market, OKRE appointed Maciej Lewandowski to lead the company’s local division as a general director. Before joining OKRE, Lewandowski worked for HB Reavis and Skanska Property Poland. Lewandowski will replace Ronnie Richardson.
