The entrepreneur Gavril-Marius Zaharia, has been authorized to demolish the buildings of the old headquarters of the construction company Conban in Băneasa, on the site of which a block of flats is being prepared.
In 2018, a company owned by Gabi Zaharia bought the former headquarters of the Conban construction company on Aerogării Boulevard at auction. Zaharia was a minority shareholder of Conban.
The land and Conban’s headquarters was sold for EUR 1.33 million. The property comprises a plot of land of almost 3,000 sqm and buildings for offices, storage space and an artesian fountain built around 1945.
