Gábor Várszegi, first person of the Fotex Holding empire has transferred his Fotex Holding shares from Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) to Luxemburg Stock Exchange on 30, March 2012. Fotex Holding was one of the founder stock of BSE, its stocks were introduced on 13, November, 1990 fice days after BSE’s opening. 33.39% of Fotex’s shares are on the stock, the major owner of the company is Fotex Retail Kft, who owns the 17.9% of Fotex Holding. The company’s CEO is Gábor Várszegi.
