Sky Properties is scheduled to complete Gafencu 49 in the first quarter of 2016. Located near Herastrau Park in Bucharest, Gafencu 46 is one of the largest residential projects under development since 2008. The project will offer 110 apartments in over 35,000 sqm. The scheme also includes 175 parking spots, a spa, pool, gym and children’s playground. There will be a commercial gallery on the bottom floor as well as a business lounge. Andreea Comsa, the managing director at Premier Estate, which is in charge of the project’s marketing and sales, said apartment prices will start at €1,500 per sqm. The price of a two-room apartment will be €139,000 including VAT, while a five-room apartment will cost €700,000.
